This monday,we had listened to a speech about gardening from a forestry professor named Zhao.He is a very famous teacher on gardening.He taught us some knowledges of Chinese gardens,especially Suzhou's.I learned some history of Chinese gardens.In China,garden has a very long history,in the past,the garden always represents wealth and power,only some wealthy or powerful people can have a house with garden.It always be very big,beautiful and luixurious.Suzhou has the largest number of gandens in China,and they are all very famous.Suzhou gardens have many similarities,such as,they always have a wall with hole on it at the front of the gate,it make people fell can look through a little but can't see all inside,so give people a feeling of mystery.It always have some pools,houses,flowers,trees and bushes,some gardens have little rills go throug and with some little bridge over it.They give the owner a good,comfortable environment to live.
